Our Day camp is for Beginner students who are interested in improving their
knowledge and skills. Our camp will go over basic position for beginners,
equitation for more advanced riders and basic barn management. Also our riding
program is based on The United States Pony Club Assoc. Rules and Reg. Safety is
a big part of our barn and we are proud to say that the horses and riders are
happy and safely trained.
Things to bring: Water, change of clothes, snack, and horse treats (carrots,
apples, and sugar cubes.)
7:30AM-Start in the barn for basic rules and welcome.
8:00AM-Feeding and bringing horses in the barn.
9:00AM-Basic and advanced grooming and tacking up.
10:00AM-Start our Group lessons.
12:00PM-Untack horses and groom or bath horses.
1:30PM-Lunch
2:30PM-Free Time
3:30PM-Barn talk. (Horses anatomy, hoof management, worming, vet visits,
traveling, and barn safety.)
4:45PM-Afternoon Feeding
6:30PM-Pick-up
